Bernadette Petithomme says that working with (parent organization to Lavi) has helped increase her own monthly income. “Before joining, I did not have the knowledge to know how to take care of my farm”, says Bernadette. “Acceso helps us to sell our product easily, [and it is a] great thing for me to know that my peanuts are being used to make Lavi Peanut Butter!”.

For today’s , we’re throwing it back to team member ’s original family recipe for ‘Spicy Peanut Butter Hummus’ 🥜🥒🥦🌶🧆🫓 Uniquely delicious, and packed with protein!💪🏾

Recipe 🍋🧄🧂:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons of Lavi Peanut Butter™️
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions🥣⏲:
Place all ingredients except for oil in a food processor or blender and mix well.
Add oil and a teaspoon of water into the mixture, and blend until smooth.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and paprika on top of the hummus, and serve with pita chips or fresh cut veggies at the side.
