D2 Place 是羅氏集團於2013年推行的「創造共享價值」計劃其中一部份，亦名為「Designers’ Dreams 設計師的夢想地」。D2 Place是香港首個由工業大廈改建而成的商場及寫字樓。位於港鐵荔枝角站上蓋，整個項目由兩座大樓D2 Place 一期及二期組成，提供超過五十萬呎之零售、辦公及活動空間。有別於其他倒模式商場，D2 Place以「初創商業模式」營運，集中資源孕育及支持初創企業、年輕創業家及本地品牌。兩個商場同時擁有特色的活動場地，定期舉辦不同的文化創意活動，包括為人熟悉，每逢星期六與日都舉辦的「週末市集」。

Basic Parking:
Shoppers could enjoy 1 Hour of Free Parking for electronic spending of HK$300 or more, OR 2 Hours of Free Parking for electronic spending of HK$500 or more at designated merchants in D2 PLACE ONE or D2 PLACE TWO. The total spending amount could be accumulated by a maximum of 2 receipts.
夜繽紛·平日夜泊：
逢星期一至星期五（公眾假期除外），晚上6點至11點，累積電子消費滿港幣100元或以上（以1張金額不少於$100單據計算），可享1小時免費泊車優惠；滿港幣200元或以上（以最多2張金額不少於$100單據計算），可享2小時免費泊車優惠；滿港幣300元或以上（以最多3張金額不少於$100單據計算），可享3小時免費泊車。
Night Vibes·Weekday Night Parking:
From Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 6 PM and 11 PM, shoppers who accumulate electronic spending of:
HK$100 or more (using 1 receipt of at least HK$100) can enjoy 1 Hour of Free Parking;
HK$200 or more (using a maximum of 2 receipts, each at least HK$100) can enjoy 2 Hours of Free Parking;
HK$300 or more (using a maximum of 3 receipts, each at least HK$100) can enjoy 3 Hours of Free Parking.
多架泊：
顧客如有多於一輛汽車需享有免費泊車優惠，由第二輛汽車起，每輛汽車需要額外累積電子消費滿港幣500元或以上（以最多2張單據計算，最多六輛汽車），則可享2小時免費泊車優惠，以及所有車輛需同時辦理泊車優惠。
(例子：假如顧客於週末，有六輛汽車需享2小時免費泊車優惠，電子消費需滿港幣3,000元或以上（以最多2張單據計算）。)
Multiple Vehicles:
If a shopper has more than one vehicle eligible for free parking, starting from the second vehicle, each additional vehicle must accumulate an additional electronic spending of HKD 500 or more (calculated based on a maximum of 2 receipts, up to six vehicles) to enjoy a 2-hour free parking benefit. All vehicles must also be registered for the parking promotion at the same time. (Example: If a customer has six vehicles eligible for a 2-hour free parking on a weekend, the total electronic spending must reach HKD 3,000 or more, calculated based on a maximum of 2 receipts.)
