你以為佢係Macaron? 事實上佢係手作曲奇餅！中間夾住一層朱古力🍫～名字取自於曲奇嘅"Co"okie、朱古力嘅"Co"coa、馬卡龍嘅Maca"ron"。製作靈感的確黎自於馬卡龍， 但佢同馬卡龍有咩唔同呢❓
唔少香港人會覺得馬卡龍太甜，而且保存期最多只有三、四天，
👉🏻Cocoron唔加水同忌廉，取而代之係粟米糖膠，令到中間嘅朱古力煙煙韌韌，唔會太甜🙅🏻♂️。
👉🏻因為冇水份，可以係常溫下保存半年。
不僅如此，馬卡龍材料以蛋白為主，唔可以加體積較大嘅食材入去，
👉🏻Cocoron由曲奇同朱古力製成，發揮空間較大。
👉🏻可以混入大量人手磨嘅開心果醬，味道香濃，更有果仁香💚！

Do you think it is a macaron? In fact, it's hand-made cookies with a layer of chocolate in the middle🍫~The name is derived from "Co" Okie of cookies, "Co" coa of chocolate, Maca "ron" of a macaron. Cocoron is inspired by macarons, but do you know the difference between cocoron and macaron❓
Many in Hong Kong think that macarons are too sweet, and their shelf life is only three or four days.
👉🏻 Xanthan gum is added instead of water and cream to make the chocolate in the middle layer chewier and not too sweet🙅🏻♂️.
👉🏻 Because of the lack of water, it can be stored at room temperature for half a year.
Moreover, the macaron is mainly made of egg white. Therefore more prominent ingredients cannot be added.
👉🏻 Cocoron is made of cookies and chocolates. There is more potential for the development of flavour.
👉🏻 It can be mixed with a large amount of hand-milled pistachio jam, with a rich taste and a nutty fragrance💚!
