Loved creating this naturally sweet, sugar-free cake for and ’s daughter’s first birthday! 🍓🍌🍰
Packed with TONS of fresh berries, ripe bananas, and light whipped cream made on site (with no stabilisers and added sugar), it was definitely a challenge to bring together on a scorching hot Hong Kong summer’s day in Tai Tam, but so worth it to hear how much all the parents and little ones loved the cake ☺️
