Question 1 - What is Genie and how does it work?
Genie is a special delivery Guyanese base company operating at home (Guyana) for overseas and local clients that want to buy a product for their family members or loved one in Guyana. Due to the pandemic many people were unable to shop and send gifts as they regularly do because they are trying to avoid the hassle of going into stores or shipping companies coming to their homes plus their relatives having to go to clear the items here. Then there are those emergency where time is of the essence. THAT'S WHERE WE COME IN TO WORK OUR MAGIC.
If you are in the USA and would like to send any item to your family, friends, loved ones or business associates living in Guyana, we can make that happen. Once the item is available in Guyana we can facilitate that purchase and deliver the item as you wish.
We can also be your liaison in Guyana when you are coming for a visit, let us book your hotel, transportation and local tours etc.
Question 2 - How do we get started?
Like 3 wishes from the Genie, the process is completed in 3 steps.
Step 1 - Make contact with our agent identify what you want and where you would like it from (retailer in Guyana) or we can suggest one of our trusted suppliers and send you all of the specs of the item so that you can make an informed decision.
Step 2 - We will calculate cost in US Dollars for the entire transaction which includes the cost for the item, service charge and delivery. You will then be required to make the payment into our USA account. send the deposit confirmation and we will do the rest.
Step 3 - IT"S ENTIRELY ON US! we will purchase your item and deliver it according to your request. You will receive a receipt for your order and a confirmation update on the delivery of the item.
Question 3- What type of items are people allowed to order?
Items can vary from household appliances, a birthday cake or even medical supplies. Just ask and let us work our magic. So whether it be Christmas, Birthdays, Valentines, a helping hand or a surprise , we are here to make that happen.
