🦀4o Φεστιβάλ Μπλε Καβουριού στη #Θεσσαλονίκη!🦀

Η iSea και το Blue Marine Foundation για ακόμα μια χρονιά γιορτάζουν την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Βιώσιμης Γαστρονομίας με το Φεστιβάλ Μπλε Καβουριού.
Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος “PickTheAlien” επιλέγουμε Μπλε Καβούρι Ατλαντικού με
👨🍳τους Jonathan The Cook και Vasilis Pantazis , σε συνεργασία με το Σωματείο street foods in Greece και τον Faros Tou Kosmou να μας σερβίρουν δωρεάν τις μοναδικές τους συνταγές με καβουρόψιχα από την FORKYS FOODS 🍴
🐟την iSea να προτείνει ακόμη περισσότερες εναλλακτικές υπεύθυνης κατανάλωσης θαλασσινών
🥗την Incommon να μας ενημερώνει για τη μείωση σπατάλης τροφίμων και
🎶τον Plus Radio 102,6 να μας δίνει τον ρυθμό!
Το Φεστιβάλ Μπλε Καβουριού αποτελεί μια από τις δράσεις προώθησης βασικών μέτρων διαχείρισης το Μπλε Καβουριού, καθώς και της ενεργής συμμετοχή του κοινού και των εμπλεκόμενων φορέων στην προστασία της θαλάσσιας βιοποικιλότητας, σύμφωνα με τις «Οδηγίες για την Αναγνώριση και Εισαγωγή Κατάλληλων Μέτρων για τη Μείωση Νέων Εισαγωγών και για την Εξάλειψη/Έλεγχο των Ξενικών Ειδών» και την αναφορά "Ορθές πρακτικές και μέτρα διαχείρισης για το Μπλε Καβούρι στη Μεσόγειο" που έχουν εκδοθεί από Περιφερειακό Κέντρο Δράσης για τις Ειδικά Προστατευόμενες Περιοχές SPA RAC με την υποστήριξη του Υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος κι Ενεργειακής Ασφάλειας της Ιταλίας.

iSea and Blue Marine Foundation are once again celebrating World Sustainable Gastronomy Day with the Blue Crab Festival!
As part of the “Pick The Alien” project, we’re tasting Atlantic Blue Crab with:
👨🍳Jonathan Harnett and Vasilis Pantazis, in collaboration with “Street Foods in Greece” and “Faros Tou Kosmou” serving their unique recipes for free using crab meat from FORKYS FOODS🍴
🐟iSea presenting responsible seafood consumption choices
🥗Incommon informing us on how to reduce food waste
🎶Plus Radio 102.6 bringing the beats!
The Blue Crab Festival is one of the actions to promote key blue crab-related management measures and to engage the public and stakeholders in the protection of marine biodiversity. It is fully aligned with the "Guidelines Document on the Identification and Introduction of Appropriate Measures for the Reduction of New Introductions and for Eradication/Control of Non-Indigenous Species" and with the report "Best Practices and Management Measures for Blue Crabs in the Mediterranean", produced by SPA RAC and supported by the Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica.
