Start your weekend right with a good drink!
Fridays call for an Apricot Sour:
Ingredients:
3cl Vodka
2cl Amaretto
2cl orange juice
3cl apricot nectar
1 egg white
Double Espresso
Preparation:
1.
Put ice cubes into your shaker
2.
Add 3cl Vodka, 2cl Amaretto, 2cl orange juice, 3cl apricot nectar, 1 egg white and a Double Espresso

Shake well
4.
Prepare your glass with ice cubes
5.
Pour through a sieve into the glass and enjoy!
