💛 It’s an end of an era, next week marks the closing of our lovely little OSA Pop Up Shop 💛

Although saddened that this era is coming to an end, we have all thoroughly enjoyed this community initiative over the last 12 years! It has been fantastic to have been able to offer free premises for anyone wishing to use the space with the upshot of being able to assist so many charities at the same time.

This great community project was thought up by one of our previous colleagues and really took off, with a resurgence around the Covid 19 pandemic when small home businesses skyrocketed.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for utilising this space and for raising money and awareness for your chosen charities over the years.

We would love to receive any feedback, testimonials, and stories about your time in the shop. If you would be happy to share your thoughts for us to post on our social media and website etc., we would be very grateful.

This week the shop is filled with a huge range of new and pre-loved, high street and designer clothes, shoes, and accessories! Opening hours are Monday – Saturday 11am-4pm, supporting Les Bourgs Hospice.

Sharon has filled the shop with a variety of second-hand books, clothes, bric-a-brac and lovely handmade crochet items in aid of supporting Guernsey Mind!

This week pop by Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-3pm.

❤️We couldn’t wish for a better resident for valentines week! Pop in to see Maria from Breathe Corporate Massage who has filled the shop with gorgeous candles, beauty products, super cool chocolates (including vegan products!) and a range of biscuits.❤️

Opening times will be Tuesday 10am-4pm, Wednesday 12:30pm-4:30pm, Thursday 12:30-4:30pm, Friday 1pm-5pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. Supporting Les Bourgs Hospice.

It’s a wrap

We’ve polished, hoovered and swept the edges of the carpet and lobby of the lovely little OSA pop up shop in Smith Street this morning.

Wishing the next occupant an enjoyable and successful time.

Thank you to the OSA team and especially to Ali and Lauren who brought us coffees when they had time in their busy days.

Thank you also to our customers and followers who either came into the shop or contacted us on the Eclectic page regarding purchases.

We had a couple of slow days at the beginning of the week but most days were excellent, especially yesterday and Friday, which far exceeded our expectations.

Keep watching our page ….. we have a busy year ahead of us ❤️.

We have the week of 10th-15th February available in the OSA Pop Up Shop! Email [email protected] to secure this week!

OSA Recruitment covers the cost of the rent and utilities, making the shop FREE to use for residents! We just ask that you either make a donation or raise awareness for a charity of your choice during your time in the shop.

Eclectic are going to be in the Pop Up Shop - Thursday 30 January, opening 9.30am.

Following a last minute cancellation, they were invited to occupy the shop up until 8 February and have been working tirelessly to achieve it.

Please take a look from tomorrow. Always some fantastic finds!

Emma is back in the shop with some gorgeous pre-loved clothes, plants and candles etc.

She is raising money for Bright Beginnings - ‘Bright Beginnings Children’s Centre offers a combination of free and paid for services as part of the local Guernsey charity, Every Child Our Future. It was founded in 2016 and is the only children’s centre in Guernsey.’

Opening Hours will be:
Tues: 9am – 3.45pm
Weds: 12.30pm – 5pm
Thurs: Flex
Fri: 9.30am – 1.30pm
Sat: 9am – 5pm
