Margaret and her shop are much loved, most of all by the children for her wide
range of sweets. Many people have remarked

that Margaret's resembles Ronnie
Barker's shop in the comedy series, 'Open All Hours', as they sell everything
Arkwright does, including four candles and fork handles. Just like Arkwright's
assistant, the staff are always witty and never have a gloomy expression on their
faces. One thing Margaret's love is a challenge, so come and test our stock range and
our knowledge. We are always happy to give advice to those who ask for it.

Jonie is retiring on Thursday 25th June ( as in tomorrow)
After 22 years with us... still on probation as no contract signed.! lol
Jonie has been a hard worker which is very much appreciated and good friend to James Emily and myself.
As she enjoys her retirement I will be managing the shop solo.....no doubt there will be the odd phonecall from me saying " Where's this or who do I order this from"
