This morning when all was quiet our snug little store turned into a super zen sweet spot.
Moving through the dark to the light surround by the glade greens, alum pinks, escapes, Gaia’s, explorers!

We adventured on super chill morning yawn of a stretchy flow, breathing into spaces and literally shifting those overnight cobwebs creaks and crunches!

The weekend dancing legs of our yogi that attended enjoyed the pre work flow.
