penguinz0 on YouTube dropped an update video 5-hrs ago about BAMs latest statement, he also gives a shout out to another local company to us in the UK called .me who have put out a statement that they will no longer be supplying the franchise chain in the US, check it out here:

We have received a lot of flak around our logo design. To be clear I designed our logo in early 2017, started using it in store from October 2017 and later online October 2018. The US franchise current logo, adopted around October 2020, is closely similar in design. I do hold copyright in my design as its original creator and have evidence of its prior public use.
To reiterate, we are a small independent UK business, not part of a US franchise store network that shares a very similar name.
