Tomorrow is a very special day as Dominic M'Benga, marries his fiancée Gail Hirst. ❤️

The celebrations will be getting underway from 12:30pm, and while we’ll still be open to the public as usual, we’re expecting the distillery to be particularly busy throughout the afternoon and into the early evening.

Our regulars and visitors are still very welcome to pop in for a drink and join the atmosphere, we just wanted to give everyone a heads up before making plans.

Most importantly, we can’t wait to celebrate Dom & Gail! Please join us in wishing them a brilliant wedding day!🎉

There’s a lot more to rum than what you mix it with. 🥃

Our Rum Tours are a chance to get properly stuck into it: how rum is made, what gives different styles their flavour, and the story behind the rums we make here at Hooting Owl.

You’ll get a look around the distillery, plenty of interesting bits along the way and, importantly, the chance to taste some rum too.

You definitely don’t need to be an expert. Just turn up curious (and preferably thirsty)

Just a little heads up for anyone planning to visit us this week 🦉

We have a private function this Friday 14th, but not just any private function...

Dominic M'Benga & Gail Hirst will be will be tying the knot! That's right, it's their wedding day, so we will be closed to the public for the full day.

We’ll be back open as usual afterwards, ready for your weekend drinks, food and catch-ups.
