Well… what an absolutely BLOOMIN’ amazing day! 🌸☕️✨

A room full of wonderful women, a beautiful collection of teacups, armfuls of flowers — and every single finished creation completely different. 💐

I won’t lie, I am now officially brain-dead, body-dead and ready to become one with the sofa! 😂 But seeing everyone’s faces as their Bloomin’ Teacups came together made every ounce of effort worthwhile.

That moment when someone steps back, looks at what they’ve created and realises, “I actually made that!” — that is exactly why I do this. It isn’t just about flowers. It’s about switching off, trying something new, sharing a few laughs and leaving with something you feel genuinely proud of.

The reactions, the laughter, the creativity and the support in that room today were just bloody lovely.

Thank you to every single person who bloomed with me today. You were fabulous, and your teacups were every bit as individual and wonderful as you are.

Now, if anybody needs me, I’ll be lying down somewhere among the leftover flowers! 😂💐

🌸 Fleurs Friday is going BIG! 🌸

Today I’m heading to the WIBN Summer Special with everything needed for a 27-person Bloomin’ Teacup workshop—and I cannot wait!

Twenty-seven cups, twenty-seven sets of flowers and twenty-seven people creating something completely individual. That’s what Follow Fleurs Forever is all about: bringing people together, encouraging creativity and giving busy minds time to slow down and bloom.

Something rather lovely is brewing at Fleurs HQ… ☕🌸

I’m busy preparing 27 Bloomin’ Teacup kits for Friday’s WIBN Summer Special—and there are flowers, teacups and bags everywhere!

This is the part people don’t always see: every cup, flower and decorative detail being selected and prepared by hand, ready for everyone to enjoy creating together.

I can’t wait to see 27 completely different designs bloom from the same workshop. That’s the joy of creativity—there is never only one “right” way to make something beautiful.

Does your brain ever feel as though it has 47 tabs open—and one of them is playing music, but you can’t work out which one? 🌸😂

When my mind feels busy, doing something creative with my hands helps everything slow down. Choosing colours, arranging flowers and concentrating on one small task gives my brain somewhere calmer to rest.

You don’t need to be “good at crafting” to benefit from it. There’s no perfect result required—sometimes the simple act of making something is enough.

So, what helps to calm your busy brain?

🌸 FLEURS FRIDAY — SOMETIMES GROWTH LOOKS LIKE LETTING GO 🌸

Just over a week ago, this unit was filled with flowers, tools, workshop equipment and an enormous amount of hope.

Then I swept the floor, closed the door and handed it back empty.

I won’t pretend it wasn’t emotional. It marked the end of an era for Follow Fleurs Forever—and moving an entire flower business back home was not exactly a dainty little afternoon job! There were boxes, shelving units, aching bones and several moments of wondering how on earth it would all fit.

But running a small business sometimes means making the difficult decision rather than clinging to something simply because you worked hard for it.

Bringing Fleurs HQ home will save alot every month. It has forced me to sort, sell, donate, repurpose and become much more intentional about what the business genuinely needs.

And slowly, the chaos is becoming a proper working space again:

🌿 Flowers organised and visible
📦 Kits and workshop materials together
🎥 Space to create and film
🌸 Everything under one roof
💛 More breathing room financially

This wasn’t giving up or going backwards. It was choosing a leaner, more sustainable way forward.

Fleurs has never grown in one perfectly straight line. It has changed, adapted and kept blooming—and so have I.

The unit may be gone, but Follow Fleurs Forever most certainly isn’t.

This is the next chapter of Fleurs HQ. 🌸
