Can you please help with my petition?

Please also share it with all that you can too!

To all members of all families & their friends who would like to help families where the parents have split up, to help the children, their parents and wider families to see each other on a more equal basis, to save so much lost family time, untold upset and stress for all involved, so much time and money wasted that would be best spent with and on the children, please sign the gender equal petition for automatic, shared, equal custody of children as a better starting point than the current system.

We want the law to start from the assumption of equally shared custody, with each parent being given the option to negotiate down from this, depending on work commitments etc. I don’t believe in the current system that there is any gender equality.

Dense, heavy material, available in brown, black and a limited amount of other colours, requiring no maintenance, does not rot, warp or splinter, has a 15 year warranty and will outlast most of us. And when it does come to the end of it's life, it can be recycled to live on again. This product has hidden fixings resulting in a refined look, it's easy to keep clean with a hygienic surface that can be disinfected, these cannot be tipped up or tipped over as some wooden ones can and do not end up loose and wobbly. Using recycled materials in the manufacturing process uses 75% less energy than required for producing new products from scratch (1). Each tonne of recycled plastic used saves 1.66 tonnes of CO2 (2). Our products are crack, chip and splinter proof, less flammable than timber, insect and animal resistant, easy to clean and graffiti resistant. The profiles used are the Ultra version which are stiffer than standard ones and do not end up bowing or warping as some cheaper, lesser types of these materials do. See the photo of then 2011 and now (at the time) 2019, although right now 2021 it still looks just as good. These are also available in wheelchair accessible versions.
