There has been a recall on a Crescent Pharma brand of Ramipril 5mg capsules. This is precautionary recall due to a potential error by the manufacturer, whereby a packet of Ramipril was found to contain Amlodipine. To ensure safety the entire batch is being recalled.

We are asking any patients who think they may have been affected to check their medicines and contact the pharmacy if required.

Morning everyone,

Thank you for all the kind messages of support and for sharing our post about the Sunday opening. It was incredibly busy and we helped a lot a patients in urgent need. For any patients that did visit for advice or appointments, it would be very much appreciated if they could share their experience for us to pass on to the health board.

The Pharmacy Coedpoeth (Manchester House, Heol Maelor, Coedpoeth, Wrexham, LL11 3LS, 01978757367) will be open from 12-6pm today 11/01/2026 for emergency appointments, emergency prescription medication supplies, over the counter medicine sales and advice.

This is open to all patients, not just those that routinely use or are registered with the pharmacy. Please call or come in to see us if needed and we'll do everything we can to help!
