Stormforce - 4 layer breathable, fully waterproof covers

Stormforce covers are our best selling covers and are suitable for use all year round in most climates.
The Coverzone Stormforce fabric is a result of years of research & development to produce a fully waterproof cover that is fully breathable yet very strong & long lasting.

All our covers utilise modern high-tech manufacturing techniques that ensure maximum protection.
They feature a 4 layer fabric construction that includes a strong, robust outer layer, padded second layer and a soft inner lining against the paintwork. Sandwiched in the middle is a special waterproof/breathable membrane that allows damp & moisture to escape from the covered vehicle whilst ensuring that rain and snow do not pe*****te the cover.

Stormforce covers are suitable for use outdoors or in the garage. They are versatile & easy to fit.

The fabric is fully breathable and dries extremely quickly after a soaking. In fact, you can even apply the covers to a wet car and the moisture will escape from under the cover as the atmosphere dries. More rain falling on the cover simply rolls off the outer surface.

Kalahari - MADE TO ORDER, SOFT STRETCH POLAR FLEECE MOTORCYCLE COVERS

Our Kalahari fabric is a stretch polar fleece that is similar in appearance to fleece lined sportswear products and the fit on the bike is skin tight.
Kalahari covers are produced to your order and delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks from order placement. The fabric is fully breathable and colourfast so these covers can be washed & will still look pristine. These are the ultimate choice for indoor storage & will protect your bike against dust, dirt & paintwork scuffs for many years.

They are suitable for continual year round use in any indoor storage garage and will not scratch, shrink or fluff.

Pollen – Sunshine’s evil brother in the war on paintwork.

Despite the British weather, we are all too familiar with pollen and the effect it has on our senses. But are you aware of the damage pollen can do to your cars paintwork and interior?…

How can pollen Damage my car?

If you look at pollen under a microscope, you will see it isn’t a smooth object; it has spores that act as little “hooks”, hooks that can latch onto our hair, our clothes, and—you guessed it—onto our cars.

What Not to Do

It might seem like an easy answer would be to simply wipe the pollen off your car with a non-abrasive cloth. The problem is that while the cloth may not scratch your car, those microscopic hooks can.

Secondly, a water bath won’t fully do the trick either. As we stated earlier, pollen is acidic and when it comes in contact with water, the water can activate the acidic qualities of the pollen.

How to Protect Your Car

What a headache a little yellow dust can cause! But don’t worry—there are some very manageable and easy things car owners can do to offset the lousy effects of pollen.

1. Clean - Give your car a prober wash with warm, soapy water. The soapy water will neutralise the acidity of the pollen and allow efficient pollen removal.

2. Protect - Apply wax to your fully clean and dry car. This will create a protective layer making it harder for pollen to stick to your paintwork.

3. Watch where your park – If you can park your car in a garage, do, even in the wamer months. Where that is not an option, avoid parking under trees, while they offer refreshing shade they are a hot spot for pollen and sap damage.

4. Cover your Car – While we are a little bias, covering your car throughout the year is excellent way to protect your car and paintwork for that pesky pollen.

While we love the spring and summer months, our real love is car and paint work protection making for a tricky time of year for us all here at Coverzone. Pollen is a necessary evil, leaving our cars coated in an abrasive yellow sheen and if left untreated can wreak havoc on your cars interior and exterior.

Our Car Cover Storage Nets have been designed to fit over your car cover & prevent the cover from ballooning in high winds or if the car is being towed on a trailer with a cover fitted.

Manufactured from very strong woven netting, our storage nets are fitted with a heavy duty adjustable elastic cord that runs around the lower hem ensuring that once fitted, it remains securely on the vehicle.
