🔐 YOUR PHONE IS BROKEN. YOUR PRIVACY DOESN'T HAVE TO BE.
Something every iPhone owner should know before handing a device over for repair:
Don't give anyone your Apple Account password.
Not me.
Not another repair shop.
Not someone claiming they “need it for the repair”.
Apple specifically says customers should never share their Apple Account password or account security details.
For some testing, access to parts of the phone may occasionally be useful.
But that's very different from handing over the keys to your entire Apple account.
At iBlue Mobile I want customers to understand why something is needed before giving access to anything.
A good repair should protect:
🔧 your device
📱 your data
🔐 your privacy
—not just replace the faulty part.
