Adelphi Risa is a Level 4 care chair designed to support postural management, pressure risk reduction, and safer moving and handling in day-to-day care environments.
Soft cushioning with integrated lateral “wings” can assist with pelvic and trunk alignment and improve seated stability, while multi-point adjustability supports individualised positioning as clinical needs change.
· Independent tilt-in-space and back angle recline to facilitate pressure redistribution and postural support
· Motorised leg rest with telescopic extending legrest and adjustable/removable footplate to support lower-limb positioning
· Adjustable seat depth, seat width, and arm height to optimise contact/support
· Removable arms to facilitate lateral transfers; removable seat cushion for access/maintenance
· Battery backup (30-cycle) to maintain function during power interruption
· Visco foam on all contact surfaces for pressure management (medium risk) and enhanced comfort
