It was lovely at the weekend to see this Trekka unit in Grey Zebrano that a customer purchased second hand for her new Peugeot Rifter she had just bought.
This particular Trekka kit was made for a Peugeot Partner Tepee, as there is a few differences in the two models we had a couple of things to change to make it the perfect fit.
The rear seats in the Peugeot Rifter fold almost flat into the floor once you fold them forward so one of the adjustments was to make two support legs for the bed boards to lie on, a couple of other changes to the other and the kit was ready to go. Whilst the customer was here we checked her electric hook up point was working and fitted her a rail of sockets so she can use that when on a campsite.

Well that’s Paul with his Caddy Maxi van, Who travelled all the way from Yorkshire to collect his Getaway unit.
Paul chose the Graphite Grey finish for the unit and Grey fabric cushions.
We are currently taking orders for our camping units for any of our models,

Volkswagen Crafter that was collected over the weekend.
It features
• 3 berths
• 200w Solar Panel
• 3000w Inverter
• 12v Compressor Fridge
• Convector Hob
• Diesel Night Heater
• Lots of Storage areas
• Large Garage to rear
• LED Strip Lighting
• Mattress & Cushions all completed in-house

Within the hour of handing over the van to the customers, they had it packed and ready to go travelling.

Great to see.

We are fully booked for the whole March for any van work and April is filling up fast! Please get in touch though for any jobs as may be able to squeeze you in.

This week we’ve had the pleasure of working with this brand new Ford Transit Custom.
Insulation and carpeting was on the cards for this van, we also made the roof boards which and carpeted them, added some LED lights and a single opening window fitted to the passenger side.

Anyway….something else massive, we are pleased to announce we have a new website now live.
It’s been a while since July when we had to close the old website down, we then lost the rights to our redcampers.com which has took a while to get back until this last week when we finally managed to save it and build a brand new website.

It is still being updated but we are just pleased to be able to bring you the website back.

We will be introducing some new parts to the website in the coming weeks and updates will be on here too.

If anybody wants to share any photos of their conversion whilst out camping or even going out for the day to the coast. We would love to see them.
You can either post them on here or feel free to send them via messenger or email them to [email protected] We may use them in our website if you are happy for us to do so.

Good morning from a very wet, damp Wooler. How’s the weather where you are, has it calmed down from yesterday? We’ve had none stop rain since about Wednesday last week but today the blue sky is out which is good to see.
