📢 ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF THE RAF FAMILY & THE PEOPLE OF WOLVERHAMPTON

The Officers and Committee of Wolverhampton RAFA Branch have the honour to invite veterans, serving personnel, cadets, RAF families, friends and members of our local community to join us for our Annual Battle of Britain Parade & Service of Remembrance.

On Sunday 13 September 2026, we will assemble to remember the brave RAF pilots, aircrew and ground crews who stood firm during the Battle of Britain.

They fought in the skies.
They served on the ground.
They faced overwhelming odds.
And they never gave up.

Today, we gather to remember their courage, their sacrifice and the freedom they helped protect. 🇬🇧

We are especially honoured that this year's Service will be attended by distinguished civic and public representatives, including:

🇬🇧 The Mayor of Wolverhampton
🏛️ A local Member of Parliament
⛪ The Vicar of the City of Wolverhampton

They will join our veterans, cadets and community in paying tribute to those who served and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

So, on 13 September, let us stand together beneath the Royal Air Force Ensign and remember those who answered their country's call.

From the pilots in the cockpit to the ground crews who kept the aircraft flying, every man and woman played their part.

Their courage became our freedom.
Their sacrifice became our legacy.
Their story must never be forgotten.

🍻 HELP NEEDED FOR THE RAFA CLUB WOLVERHAMPTON 🍻
Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know of a pub/bar/hotel that’s being refurbished or upgraded and might be getting rid of a glass washer?
The RAFA Club in Wolverhampton is looking for one and funds are a bit tight, so if anyone has one going spare or even cheap/free, it would be massively appreciated 🙏
