Hi Everyone,
I hate to start on a negative note however this needs to be said.
From today I will be requiring a deposit on glassware items and FULL payment upfront on any letter orders.
I am a new business and only just starting to build myself up and when payment isn’t received for an item that I have spent several hours if not days to make it comes out of my pocket as a small business owner.
