ll scale bespoke sculptures and models, all the way up to larger than life props and structures – the only limit to what we can achieve is your imagination! We work with small companies and individuals, such as Sculptors, Model Makers, Set Designers all the way through to household names, providing large advertising props and bespoke items crafted from a range of materials. Just a small selection of these clients include: Gap, Next, Endemol, BBC, Harrods, Mattel, De Longhi, Sky TV, Tesco, Marks & Spencer and the British Library. We work with these companies both directly and via a range of agencies who trust us time and time again to deliver work within strict time constraints and budgets. We have the most cutting edge machines in Europe, including two three axis computer controlled machines and a state of the art four axis CNC Machine – a Frogmill Fourth Axis, giving endless options as to what we can offer you. These machines can craft bespoke items into a huge range of materials- Polystyrene, Wood, Perspex, Plastics, Acrylics, Lightweight Metals and Composites.

The world famous Ted X needed our help when they visited Stirling. We were able to create a bespoke prop for their event which was featured within every talk and has since been viewed by millions online. We've helped them out with plenty of events in recent years, so you'll see our work on stages all across the country!

Quite a few of us have a sweet tooth here at CNC Polystyrene, so we were very excited when a well-known sugar artist put in an order.

The client asked for a giant sculpture of the BFG for one of her new projects, which involved creating masterpieces out of icing sugar.

The big friendly giant was made from polystyrene before it was hard coated. This created a smooth surface which was an ideal canvas for the artist. The elasticity of the polystyrene structure allows us to build to your exact requirements, making it an ideal choice for sculptures and statues.

We can make HUGE props in lots of pieces, but even the single pieces can be big enough to justify a low loader and road closures. Basically, whatever you need, we can almost certainly make it!
