🌸Tips and Tricks🌸

We’re welcoming lots of you to the PYO flower garden at the moment, so I thought I’d share a few simple things to help your flowers last as long as possible once they’re home.

• ✂️ Re-cut the stems every day.
• 💧 Fresh water and a clean vase each day.
• ☀️ Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
• 🍌 And don’t put them near bananas – they really do shorten vase life!

It only takes a couple of minutes each day, but it makes such a difference. 🌸

Buckets of freshly picked flowers, early starts, lots of teamwork, plenty of laughter and countless finishing touches… this is a little glimpse behind the scenes of a busy wedding week at Lower Norton Flower Farm.

We feel incredibly lucky to grow so many of the flowers we design with and to have such a talented team bringing each couple’s vision to life.

🌸Picked from our PYO flower garden here in Hampshire🌸 An arrangement of mid summer flowers. Took me awhile but I got there finally. It feels good to be taking timeout of day to day flower farming and play with flowers again. Hope you enjoy ☺️

🌸 This week’s PYO stars are looking absolutely gorgeous! The flower field is bursting into bloom and with the weather looking lovely (and just a little cooler 🤗), it’s the perfect time to come and pick your own flowers.

Once you’ve filled your bucket, why not stay a while? Enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake, then have a browse around our little Flower Barn gift shop.

🌸 Ok, I’m not going to over think this or spend ages editing. - which I don’t have a clue how to do anyway!
