Just finished this flat back folk style mandolin which is up for sale.
Solid Spruce top
Solid Walnut back and sides
Mahogany / maple neck
Ebony fingerboard
32mm width at nut
Two way adjustable truss rod
Rubner machineheads
Bronze cast tailpiece
Nitro cellulose finish
Hard case
Lovely sound and really easy to play low action

More progress.Binding done, (probably the hardest part to do) and fingerboard glued on. Next lots of sanding to clean it...

Binding done, (probably the hardest part to do) and fingerboard glued on. Next lots of sanding to clean it up ready for the fun part that is staining. Going for something a bit different with this one

Mahogany back and sides and neck
Spruce soundboard
Ebony fingerboard.
Great sound and playability.
No case.
