And yes before you ask it’s ’Cowboy Theme’ 🤣 The who’s, who of the Greetings card world are heading towards The Grosvenor Hotel London for the RETAS awards ceremony today. Which we are finalists and to say excited is a bit of an understatement!
So wish us luck and say a ‘Yeeha’ and I’ll keep you posted on how the day rolls out.
‘Bonkers’ my horse is a bit over excited so I’ve got to go calm him down. 🤠🐴

Official RETAS invite!!! The awards ceremony is this Thursday, 3rd July, and the excitement is building. A celebration of excellence in retailing greeting cards with a cowboy theme, I mean, it’s going to be a brilliant day.
George’s have been nominated and have made the final in the
‘Best Non-Specialist Independent Retailer Of Greeting Cards – South’ category.

So round ‘em all up and move ‘em on out I’m off to the finals and will be celebrating on the amazing Ohh Deer table. Mark, Harry, Jamie, Ed and the team will be getting rowdy and I’ll keep you all updated with our shinanigans.

BUZZING FROM BEING NOMINATED!!!!

Surprised and excited to of found out we’ve been nominated AND 🤩FINALISTS 🤩for a greetings card industry award called the RETAS.

The awards are to recognise and reward the UK’s very best greeting cards retailers and we are in the category ‘BEST NON-SPECIALIST INDEPENDENT RETAILER OF GREETINGS CARDS - SOUTH’. With a 1 in 7 chance of actually winning 🏆the winner will be announced on the 3rd July at a glittering party.

I was a bit choked and so very grateful to Tony my rep and my rep who unbeknown to me nominated us. You beauties!

So keep your fingers crossed and watch this space…. !!! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Lucy’s day out at the London STATIONARY SHOW searching out some new products to enhance our current range.

I met up with some friends and made a few more 🥰 and the trade show was filled with people showing and sharing their passion for all things

Thank you to the lovely Sarah Laker Stationery Supplies Wilmslow who has taken me under her wing and who BTW won an award! To the completely crackers Sandra Jarvis Creative Cove (who didn’t win a thing😜) & Heidi and Hannah Earlybird Designs
Great day, great inspiration, great freebies.
