Good Morning!

We are now open until until 6pm for shopping - and we are packed with loads of hobby goodness to make you happy!

Today, we have our DND group - The Kraken's Shell in with multiple sessions happening across the day with intrepid adventurers guiding their characters through perils to claim riches and renown.

As for yesterday, we had an amazing turnout for Pokemon with over 30 trainers in across the 3 divisions! On top of that, we also had our Lorcana players in questing with their favourite Disney characters!

It's been another brilliant day of Play! Pokemon at Boss Minis with over 30 trainers in on the day - We are humbled by the showing from our community.

The Podium has some name we have not seen in a while - a real sign of a super health community where anybody can beat anybody to take the win.

Massive congratulations to Enzo for taking top spot with 4 wins with his Lucario ex and Hariyama deck, ahead of Georgie - returning to the podium in 2nd place rocking Archaludon ex and Dudunsparce team and finally Ashley K back in the top 3 with fan favourite Greninja ex and Froslass making a splash!

If you are interested in playing on a regular basis, making new friends, making the most of the Pokemon you open and gaining the benefits of baing a member of out Play! Pokemon group, drop by and have a chat with us.

Morning all – quick update on the Pokémon First Partner illustration Collection Series 2 that is due for release tomorrow – Friday 19th June.

As always, as a Play! Pokémon Store, our first priority is to our playing community – They are the people that come in every week, come rain or shine and form the backbone of our community from the juniors and seniors at our after-school club on a Monday to our Masters that play every Monday evening, they are always on the lookout for cards to play with in their latest deck in their quest to join the store’s podium each week.

As a Play! Pokémon store, our allocation of product is driven by their attendance each week, so it is only fair that when new product is released, we allow them the first opportunity to pre-order the coming releases.

With 80 players already signed up to play in our Pitch Black pre-release events between the 4th and 11th July we have a large and active player base - Which you can get involved with!!

What this means is that for release day we will not have any First Partner illustration Collection Series 2 available outside of pre-orders.

We know that this will come as a disappointment to many of Pokémon loving customers and we wish we could just order more and sell to all of our hearts were content, but that is just not the reality right now.

What we are confident of is that our product is going to genuine fans who will open and enjoy the cards and not just put them online for 3x the RRP.
