Just love this bearded iris,don"t know the name of it as it was kindly given to me after I helped lift,split and replant a group in a local private garden last year.
They love to grow here as we have a south facing terraced garden that can get baked in the sun, may need to start a collection🤣

Last evening the sun finally shone golden beams across the fields lighting up one.of the old oak trees.A little walk around the ewes and lambs before dark to check all is well ..It always fills my heart with joy to see the lambs playing around this tree,their mother's standing close by, keeping watch.
