I don’t know about you but I can certainly feel autumn approaching fast!! I can see all the autumnal produce and homewares creeping into the shops, Cozy jumpers and the tones of warming orange.

Buttonhole / boutonnière / corsages making 😀 ❤️ 🤵

Some history, What’s the difference ? And did you know ???

A buttonhole (or boutonnière) is a small floral decoration worn on the left lapel of a suit jacket, traditionally placed over the heart.

Traditionally from Ancient Greece Grooms wore small bunches of flowers and fragrant herbs close to the heart to ward off evil spirits that might turn their hearts away from the bride.

While ladies do not have buttonholes they have corsages and do not have to wear them on a lapel. They are commonly worn on the wrist like a bracelet, my pinned to the shoulder, attached to a handbag, or even styled into the hair.

How I transport wedding bouquets that are still fed in transit, sometimes venues can be 2 hours away or more!

My simple, effective,easy transportation hacks that will still look presentable on the day..

I like to think a head all the time for the everyone! Myself, the flowers, the wedding couple, the photographer and so much more!

I don’t just do the bare minimum, I try to cover everything and help everyone in the best way possible ..

The vow renewal bouquet is here ! 💐 ❤️…. I have seen some pictures too of the set up from Vintage Chic Event Hire at High Lodge Leisure Ltd.. I also noticed my wonderful and talented friend Sean Goodman - Magician was there doing what he does best! Spreading a little joy through fascinating magic 🪄

my most favourite photo was the all the pictures from then to now and having their original wedding attire on mannequins.. such a beautiful touch to the day.. congratulations to you A&R x
