A little look back at our team days last week ❤️
We took some time away from the usual day-to-day to spend time together as a team, reflect on the year so far and look ahead to the season ahead.
Thursday was all about spending some proper time together, getting to know each other a little better and strengthening the team. With some new faces joining us over the past year, it was a great opportunity to bring everyone together, have some fun and build those connections outside of the usual work environment.
Then on Friday, it was time to get the creative thinking going - workshops put everyone's creativity to the test, with the challenge of designing a bespoke cross-street motif and matching column motif.
From sketching out the initial ideas to presenting the finished designs, it was great to see everyone getting involved and bringing their own ideas to the table. Some very different approaches and some very interesting designs! 👀
A really enjoyable couple of days with the TFLC team and a good chance to recharge before the season properly gets underway. ⭐
