COVID-19 - A MESSAGE FROM THE BIG PHONE STORE

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop we would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and colleagues for their loyalty and support during what is clearly a very unusual and challenging time for us all.

Your well being and that of our staff continues to be our absolute priority and we have closely followed government guidance at every point. In line with the government decision to close all non-essential retail, our shop front is now closed until further notice. Our online business remains open and we will still be dispatching orders on a daily basis but there may be a delay in delivery depending on the delivery company. Due to limited staff we are unable to handle calls or reply to emails at our usual level of service but wherever possible we will endeavour to answer and reply as much as we can but please do bear with us.

We are committed to making the right decisions in line with government guidance and we will of course keep you updated on the level of service that we are able to provide as and when things change via email and our social channels.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our customers. We appreciate your support and understanding during this difficult time.

As one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies with over 20-year’s experience in the telecommunications sector, we are looking to recruit a Mobile Phone software Technician on a permanent basis

Applicants must have a good basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones. Duties include installing, testing and upgrading of firmware/software of mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches etc.

Previous experience in upgrading firmware, modifying firmware and rooting phones will be an advantage but not essential. A keen interest technology will be an advantage,

A willing to learn, research, investigate and have a can-do attitude is a must.

Attention to detail and basic administration skills, along with pc skills are required. Must be able to work on own initiative.

This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to develop and grow with the business.
