Good Morning everyone, we are doing more and more of the superb Accurascale wagons in all varieties here’s a couple of pictures of part of a rake of MDO wagons the customer wanted heavily weathered, they really look the part now!!
Also a medium weathered Steamsound Hornby Black 5 which looks a lot better with some grime on it.

This was the last job completed at the old workshop! This O Gauge kit built Duchess arrived in its first livery of LMS Lined Black and the customer wanted it redoing into its BR Red livery along with some light weathering.
He was delighted with the results and I’m sure you’ll agree it a fine looking locomotive!
We look forward to sharing many more pictures and updates in the New Year from our new workshop!

Hi Everyone
Firstly apologies for not posting for a bit due to dealing with the closure of the retail side of the business. This was brought about by the landlord wanting to sell the premises and with the amount of money required to do the work required on the property t was not financially viable to consider purchasing it. Hence the decision was taken to close the retail side and move the weathering side of the business back home where it all began 15years ago!!
The new workshop is ready to receive commission work in any scale from 2nd January 2025 so please get in touch for any weathering requirements. All other contact details are on the website :- www.grimytimes.co.uk

BEFORE AND AFTER!

The Gauge 1 Class 66 is done and we can’t wait to see the customers reaction when they collect it - we’re sure they will be absolutely delighted as it looks amazing in the flesh.

This has received our signature treatment by way of weathering, which has transformed the look of this model.

BEFORE AND AFTER!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed this O Gauge West Country 34017 which we have painted, lined, numbered, named, then finally given it our signature touch and weathered it.

The customer was absolutely delighted with the results as it was brass and white metal when it arrived!

Please note - we don’t do repaints as a rule, we are too busy weathering…
