Introducing Becka and Zach! a couple who saved with all their might for three years whilst living in Swansea, Wales, to finally buy their 1987 Colvic Victor 40 sailboat based in Plymouth.

With an amazing summer under our belts we are coming to the end of our peak season, and it’s time to prepare for next year. Our shade sails have been used all summer as shade from the sun and any drizzle whilst you enjoyed your outdoor spaces.

Dudley Market : In 2015 we were commissioned to design and manufacture a series of Shade Sails for market and stalls within.
These Shades consisted of several fabric facias for the perimeter of the market buildings and panels to separate the stalls within.

In total we produced 52 different designs, and 8 end panel designs that completed this project.

Recently completed! - Theme Park Trains

We recently completed a series of bespoke Shade Sails that were to be fitted to unique theme park trains in conjunction with .

The two, battery operated electric park trains destined for Qatar and the Qetaifan Projects Island North Waterpark have now officially set sail and are due to arrive with the client in around a month, we cannot wait to see them in action.

At shade solutions we have been lucky enough to be involved in many large scale commercial projects. This open air theatre was a project undertaken in 2012 where we produced a series of rectangular shades, with the aim to provide shelter to 40% of the audience.

Feature: Grosvenor Park Theatre, Chester

At Shade Solutions we design and manufacture shades for trade projects in addition to our residential range.

This project was completed in 2012. Shade Solutions were bought onside to design and produce a fabric roof, made of individual shade sail panels, to form the circular amphitheatre, providing the upper seating with shelter to 40% of the audience

Our Shade Sails are manufactured to the highest standard, and built to last. Our skilled designers have developed a high end product second to none, with reinforced corner patching and triple stitched seams finished with marine grade 316 stainless steel attachments.

Though built to last, we do recommend our shade sails are removed and stored over winter or during adverse weather, or high winds.
With the typical British weather in mind, we have also developed a Heavy Duty range. Available as a bespoke option only and priced upon application the Heavy Duty option is ideal for commercial applications or out of season shades/year round shades. That said we still advise these will be removed when the harshest weather or strong winds are forecast.
