Proof that the Sigma M&E team can handle any type of job! This is the story of a 'one of a kind' project Sigma recently undertaken for
Uplands Retail for client Co-op at their Plymouth Distribution Centre.
The Sigma M&E team were tasked with replacing the existing 500kVA standby generator that had provided essential back-up power to the site.
Scope of works included;
🛠Installing, connecting, testing, and commissioning a like-for-like standby generator
🛠Main LV Panel and control panels reconfiguration
🛠Removal of redundant plant and equipment and associated materials and waste.
🛠Full detailed design of new generator installation & new generator controls
🛠 Full design of new fuel distribution and local day tanks systems and delivery pipework to the generating sets
🛠New Interconnecting sub main wiring, controls wiring. ancillary systems
🛠Full client training and support
🛠All associated Project Management
