‘One of the finest gardens in England’ the award winning gardens at Pashley offer a sumptuous blend of romantic landscaping, imaginative plantings and fine trees, fountains and ponds. Whenever you visit there is something to delight the senses - from bluebells and tulips, to roses and lilies, then dahlias and asters. As well as the coming to see the beautiful gardens ‘allow time to sample the fabu
lous homemade food and warm hospitality at arguably the best garden café in the county, much of which is sourced from the abundant kitchen garden’ (Leigh Clapp, Sussex Life). Special events include the Tulip Festival - a spectacular display of over 48,000 tulips in the gardens and 2,000 cut tulips in vases with representatives from Bloms Bulbs on site to answer questions and take bulb orders. Later in the season other events include the Rose Week when hundreds of roses are out in the gardens and there is a wonderful selection of potted roses for sale. There will also be a season long Sculpture and Art exhibition, a Kitchen Garden Week, the Sussex Guild Craft Show and Dahlia Days event in September. The Gardens, Café and Gift Shop are open from the start of April to the end of September
