WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY
As an anxiety sufferer, and after years of trying to fight it/hide from it/let it control me, I recently came to the conclusion that anxiety is a part of my life now and that's ok! I'm learning to embrace all parts of myself, including the panic ridden bits and move forward with my new normal. To all of my fellow anxiety warriors - I believe in you!!
