I had some great chocolate things delivered today from my good old supplier. Also cherries soaked in brandy and covered with dark choc. You know the ones. They won't last long.

Hello everyone. Long time no hear. I have had a fairly mixed year all topped off with a great and busy christmas. Ive had a couple of weeks off and now I'm raring to go and looking forward to 2013 and all the goodies it brings. New and different tastes coming to chocabloc.

Ok,last post today I have spent all day filling up the chocolate cabinet and it looks great. New ones are Tiramisu truffles, Black forest truffles, Chilli and lime ganache and Milk and Dark mendiants. I intend to put a full list of what is in the cabinet on my website so please check it out soon.
