It’s been a blast. Today is my official last day of decorating (excluding the handful I already had booked in for the year and will still be decorating)

Here’s just a few of my favourite displays from the last month.

Thank you all again for your love and support over the past (almost) 5 years. End of an era but the start of supporting other local events businesses.

Now it’s time for me and my beautiful family.

As of 22nd March (excluding pre booked events after this date), sadly we will not be decorating or setting up your events but we will be providing all our prop hire to local event businesses at trade cost so you can continue enjoying these beautiful sequin walls and number lights. Meanwhile we’ll be giving all the local event businesses an equal opportunity to grow their business.

We will be sharing what they’re up to in an out and if you need to find out about who can decorate for your event, pop me a message so I can send you in the right direction.

The response to my stock clearance announcement was incredible, thank you!

However, after chatting with so many of you who were interested in my inventory, one thing became very clear.

There’s a lot of event businesses in the area who would love ALL these props but it requires a big investment and storage.

So, I’ve had a change of heart. Instead of selling everything off and walking away, The Party PA is pivoting!

I am officially moving to a Dry hire and Supply for other local events businesses at trade rates giving both myself a small income to pay for storage but giving them an income to grow their business.

I’m still stepping back from full time event styling, but I’m keeping the unit of goods open for local stylists, planners, and creators who need premium props without the heavy investment or storage stress.

After a few emotional few days of responding to lots of lovely messages following the recent announcement, I thought I’d lift the mood with a beautiful bright display - I’m going to miss this ❤️

I’m very aware that there’s still a few more people and comments to respond to, I’m working my way through you all slowly.

Since July 2021, The Party P.A has been all about making your celebrations extra special and unique. But as as life shifts and changes, sadly it’s time to trade in my balloon pump for more quality time with my family after a rollercoaster year. ❤️

This decision has been an emotional one and as much as I am passionate and driven to take this business further, I have got to trust my gut feeling and that’s telling me it’s time. A lot of time and energy goes into running a successful events business and without being able to fully commit to it moving forward, sadly it’s not possible to manage.

I will be officially closing the business this year. While I am honoring all existing bookings, I will not be taking on any new clients or events past April 2026.

I have a home and unit full of beautiful stock and professional props that need new homes!

To make sure nothing goes to waste…

1. Booking Discounts: I’m offering special 'Stock Clearance' rates for new bookings held between now and April 2026 (using existing colors/inventory).

2. I’ll be listing my hoops, frames, backdrops, and equipment for sale very soon; perfect for fellow stylists or DIY party planners!

Keep an eye on my stories over the next few weeks for the inventory sale. Thank you for making these last few years so enjoyable. It has honestly been the biggest personal achievement ever and I’m so proud of what I created and the support I’ve received over the past few years.

Let’s go out with a bang! 🎈❤️

I remember setting up in February 2025 expecting poor weather conditions and prepping to ensure all balloons were double stuffed and extra strong; it was 7am in the morning and I was wrapped in waterproofs battling the rain and trying my hardest to find existing attachment points, as it was too wet for outdoor hooks. I was delightfully surprised how well and quick the set up went considering the torrential rain. I was at the other side of Cornwall on my second set up by 9am but looking more like a drowned rat 😅.

Then later in the year, I was delighted to receive an email to be asked back for a Christmas show-home opening day; this time with a festive twist, including a little snow and spruce. Again December outdoor condition are not kind to balloons but I ensured all balloons were double stuffed and durable; I fought the weather like a warrior! A little less rain but a whole load more wind 💨 😥

This made the set up a challenging one but after 7 attachment and anchor points, those balloons were staying put!
