If you are coming to The Holistic Living Show at Lampeter University next Saturday 20th June, we will be open from 10am till 5pm to ensure everyone can come and have some time at the show

We've got 30+ stalls all small businesses or individuals who love what they do. All the stalls will have something for someone so come and see what they have for you.

It will be a day where you can come and spend time...have some me time and enjoy what you can find to do.

There is free parking on site and the University coffee shop will be open from 9am till 2.30pm

We have begun our drive home after a lovely weekend with The Kent Wellness Festival
As exhibitors - we have been on the circuit for nearly 20 years and this is the only organisers that have ever laid on a food and drink spread for the exhibitors
So impressed
A thoughtful touch

Our creations have found new homes and it was lovely to meet new faces and see some familiar faces too
