Jam at the Bridge

Jam at the Bridge An artisan producer of small batch preserves located in the beautiful Devon countryside close to the River Dart.

Inspired by a range of traditional recipes and those with a more contemporary twist, my jams and marmalades are flavourful combinations using carefully sourced local and/or global ingredients. Often influenced by flavours discovered on my travels I aim to produce a product range that appeals to all.

This beautiful medieval bridge, close to where I live, is the inspiration for my company’s name.

A historic crossing point across the River Dart it is nowadays rather narrow for today’s traffic – often creating another form of jam at the bridge!
