Good afternoon everyone. What great weather we had this weekend and we thank you all for dropping by. We do have some news for all of our lovely customers/friends.
After 9 wonderful years at Aunty Em's we have decided it is time for us to retire and enjoy a bit more free time. It has been a real pleasure to work in such a beautiful place and have our own little piece of loveliness within Mt Edgcumbe Country Park. We thank you-,our wonderful customers and friends for your support over the past 9 years-it has been great to see you returning time after time-seeing those little babies grow and become school children. The wayward dogs that can't help running into the shop to say hello and get a treat with harassed owners running after them.
We will miss it all but we have grandchildren that are growing up and we want to have adventures with them-bungee jumping, zip wiring-just two things we won't be doing!!
So, we will be retiring on SUNDAY 22nd OCTOBER-,this will be our final day of trading and we hope to see some of you before we leave to thank you for your loyalty personally.
We hope that you will support whoever will take over from us and continue to enjoy our wonderful unique piece of Cornwall.
I hope Aunty Em has been happy with us continuing to keep her memory alive.

Thank you to everyone for coming along and visiting and supporting our little shop today. Hope you all had a wonderful day at the Car Show at least the sun shone down on us all-,yesterday I did think it wouldn't happen but it did. Thank you Friends of Mt Edgcumbe for organising it

Miss Ivy has her Caribbean Day here at Mt Edgcumbe on Sunday. It will be a great day and we will fire up our BBQ and of course have our lovely pasties, cakes and ice creams ready for you all. Don't worry about a thing-cos we will be here to make everything alright 😎😎

Thank you to all the team at Mt Edgcumbe for an awesome weekend. I know that there are very few staff and volunteers who spent so much time making this weekend so great for all of our visitors. If anyone feels they could spare a few hours to volunteer for these wonderful events I know that it would be so appreciated.
We thank all at Mt Edgcumbe and our lovely customers for a truly 'mad' couple of days x

Well, what a weekend it has been. So many lovely people coming to enjoy the Green Man Festival and supporting us as well. Please understand that due to the volume of customers we have had, tomorrow our stocks will be severely depleted until our heroes from suppliers arrive. Thank you all-we really do appreciate your valued custom x

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be open today. Sorry for any inconvenience but we will be back open again tomorrow at 10 30am.
