We wanted to share a further update on our current situation.
Sadly, we have still not been able to regain access to the shop, and the matter is now being formally handled by the High Court.
We want to be as transparent as possible, and once the legal process is complete, we will share a full update with evidence to explain exactly what has happened. For now, we are limited in what we can say to avoid jeopardising our case, other than to confirm that the lock-out is illegal and is being dealt with vigorously at the highest level.
We are absolutely devastated that this has happened. What is causing us the most sleepless nights is knowing that a few of you have items in the shop that you’ve paid deposits on. Because our records are locked inside our EPOS system, we currently have no way of contacting you directly.
We are so truly sorry. While we will, of course, ensure every penny is refunded, we know it isn’t just about the money at this time of year.
This has been a major setback that has knocked us for six, but we aren't giving up. We have so many plans for the future, and as soon as this is resolved, we will dust ourselves off and start again.
We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. We are heartbroken that we couldn't be a part of your Christmas celebrations this year. but we hope that Santa brings the biggest smiles to all of our littlest customers 🎅🎁🎄✨️
