RCT Heart Heroes welcomes you to Join our Walk to Remember 2026. Take steps. Make a difference. Remember someone special. as we bring our community together to honor and celebrate the lives of those we love at our new event that we are launching Walk to Remember
Every step tells a story. Every memory matters.
The Walk offers a meaningful space for families, friends and individuals to walk in remembrance while raising vital funds in protecting our community with life saving AEDs
The set route will start and finish at the bandstand as every step helps honour someone you love, the morning includes a 1-mile memorial walk around the park grounds, this includes doing it on foot, scooters,wheelchairs however you want or can complete it followed by a ceremonial balloon release with a special message of your choice including refreshments
