Delicious, unique and made by Coggeshall resident Tom from

You can be really creative with these sauces! I mixed the Hawberry Hot Sauce into a homemade apple, red cabbage and red onion slaw this week!

I also drizzled the Wild Garlic Relish over a tray full of roast veg.

Sauces £6 each.

Tom's Coggeshall foraging workshops will start in June so check out his website for more info. I will definitely be booking myself in !!

Its in the blood!

This is my lovely Gramps Albert Howard at his green grocers, 1960's, Chadwell Heath.

At age 96, along with my Dad, he handmade the shelving you see behind me with reclaimed scaffold boards found in his sheds and garden.

He passed away age 101 in 2024 having led a fantastic healthy and active life and having earned a DFC in WWII for feats of bravery that blow our minds!

Thankyou for your inspiration Gramps 🙏
