A Little Reminder 💗

We do several quotes every single day, and each one takes time. From messaging individual brides, discussing your ideas, working out details and doing colour matches, we genuinely put a lot of care into making sure everything is right for you.

We don’t charge for our time spent doing quotes, and we’re always happy to help — but that time is still valuable, and it does take us away from other parts of running our business.

Lately, we’ve unfortunately had quite a few occasions where, after we’ve spent all that time preparing quotes, colour matching and answering messages, we’ve been completely ghosted, blocked, or simply ignored.

We completely understand that sometimes you may decide not to go ahead, find something else, change your mind, or realise it’s not within your budget. That is absolutely fine! ❤️

A simple “Thank you so much for your time, but I’ve decided not to go ahead” costs nothing and takes just a few seconds to send.

We’re a small business, and behind every quote is a real person giving up their time to help you. We don’t expect everyone to place an order, but we do ask for a little courtesy and respect in return.

Please remember there’s absolutely no hard feelings if you decide not to go ahead — just please don’t leave us wondering after we’ve spent our time helping you. 💕
