๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿญ Biker Mice from Mars looks pretty hot on this little 10" Thomson playing off a nice Sanyo VCR. Both just in and now offered for sale at Retro Sect!

Watching old cartoons such as Biker Mice just feels right on a CRT like this, and of course with SCART input on the back, it's ideal for playing any retro consoles on without using too much space in your Man Cave/Lady Lounge (ยฉ๏ธ).

I don't get anywhere near enough good VCRs in stock at the moment, but this Sanyo works great and comes with remote, manual and a quality SCART cable.

๐Ÿ†• : The Vectrex is an early console from 1983 with unique vector graphics and all-in-one design. This astonishing collection was traded in this week at Retro Sect and is now ready for sale!

In addition to the boxed console, additional controller and Light Pen, there's a huge range of boxed original games and new homebrew releases for sale, all in box protectors!

The built-in vector monitor is black & white, so to simulate colour, each game was packaged with a translucent, tinted plastic overlay that users physically slotted over the screen. Unfortunately due to the US video game crash, the Vectrex lasted little more than 18 months and so finding a selection for sale this extensive is becoming rare!

๐ŸบโšกRise From Your Grave! This Altered Beast edition Mega Drive is super clean, in great condition and now available at Retro Sect

Before Sonic arrived, Altered Beast was the ultimate 1989 launch title that proved the 16-bit power of the Sega Mega Drive. It was specifically chosen to showcase the console's "arcade power in your home" marketing strategy.

Altered Beast successfully established the Mega Drive as the edgy, mature alternative to Nintendo. However, by 1991, its stiff gameplay felt outdated. Sega famously replaced it as the system's pack-in game with Sonic the Hedgehog, shifting their mascot strategy but sealing Altered Beast as the ultimate symbol of the console's birth.
