P&P options:
Most items will include free P&P; however, the heavier items will incur P&P unless I can deliver local to TF1. Postage will be 2nd class Royal Mail or EVRI

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on general items; however, if it is custom-made/personalised then these are exempt - it you will be up to you as the buyer to confirm that all sp

elling is correct. These will be replaced if damaged in transaction upon evidence. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery if you require to return and refund (replacement to custom-made/personalised items)
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery - refunds will be sent once the item has been received. I don't accept cancellations once your custom-made/personalisation has been confirmed as the product will have started to be made. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
