Last week’s tourism awards really opened my eyes to how many brilliant visitor experiences we have right here in the South West. As a judge, I loved seeing how the best businesses go above and beyond — not with big gestures, but with thoughtful, genuine touches.

It’s a good reminder for us at Somerset Chocolate Company too: the magic is always in the detail.
