Today has been our busiest dispatch day of the year so far, with five Arctic loads already out the door and even more still to come.

Behind every event is a huge amount of preparation, planning and teamwork. While audiences see the finished stage, conference, exhibition or live production, it all starts here in the warehouse, where equipment is checked, prepped, packed and loaded ready for site.

A huge credit to our warehouse, logistics and operations teams who have been working flat out to keep projects moving across the UK and Europe.

There’s something about an early start at our London warehouse. The lights come on, the shutters lift, and the team get straight into prep for another full week of event production, AV hire and technical support across the UK and Europe.
