We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Directors you will develop, implement, track and optimise our marketing campaigns across all digital channels with a view to increasing traffic, revenue, and profitability. Working alongside our in-house Graphic Designer, this challenging role will involve overseeing the online development of our extensive brand portfolio.

Your key responsibilities include:
•The co-ordination and ex*****on of social media activity across multiple stakeholders and business teams
•Create and deliver exciting and industry-leading campaigns, competitions and stories that drive engagement and follower growth
•Being active regarding both known industry events and activities and the emerging opportunities
•Identify, on-board and manage industry influencers
•Unite and maximise the communication opportunity of internal social media users and support internal stakeholders in optimising the benefits of the social media platforms
•Appropriate measurement, analysis and ongoing recommendations for improvements.
•Growth of traffic and sales within all businesses through social media advertising.
About The Candidate
To be successful in this role you will likely be in a similar position or have relevant transferable experience. A history of working in a multi-faceted business is essential, Sports & Promotional Merchandise industry experience would be advantageous.
What are we looking for?
• You have extensive experience of setting up and reviewing paid ads across Google, Bing and social media.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent
• You can achieve social media marketing goals in your sleep!
• An innovative and creative thinker - with strong ideas for captivating content angles
• You are confident with figures and have an analytical approach to work
• Organisation is key in your everyday life, details matter!
• Target focused, to achieve the goals set for channel growth and revenue targets.
• An eye for photography and design for content layout

Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
