After years of organising Toy & Train Fairs, Retro Ronnie was forced to close the doors on staging major collectors' events during the Covid pandemic. It was a sad time, bringing to an end an era of great toy fairs at venues in Cirencester, Didcot, Bristol & Marlborough. In April 2022, Retro Ronni

e relaunched as Carnival Curiosities, with a new showroom in Draycot Foliat, just south of Swindon, close to the M4. The stock includes an eye-boggling array of genuine fairground items, many displaying the classic art of signwriting from some of the country's finest fairground painters. These vie with original games and rides, including dodgem cars, as well as enamels signs, toys and many other crossover antiques guaranteed to appeal to dealers, collectors and interior designers alike.
